At TinyHouseScanner, we take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the TinyHouseScanner mobile application ("App") handles your information. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the App.

1. No Data Collection Policy

TinyHouseScanner is designed with privacy at its core. We do not:

• Collect any personal information from you
• Track your usage of the App
• Transmit any data from your device to our servers or third parties
• Use any form of analytics to monitor your behavior
• Create user profiles or store any identifiable information

This means that all scans, models, measurements, and any other data created while using TinyHouseScanner remain solely on your device and under your control.

2. Device Data & Local Storage

TinyHouseScanner creates and stores the following data, but only locally on your device:

• 3D models of your scanned spaces
• 2D floor plans derived from your scans
• Dimensional measurements of rooms and objects
• Any annotations or modifications you make to your models

This data is stored only on your device's local storage. You can delete this data at any time by removing scan projects within the App or by uninstalling the App.

3. App Permissions

TinyHouseScanner requires certain permissions to function properly. Here's what we access and why:

• Camera: Required to scan rooms and capture the environment for creating 3D models and floor plans. The camera feed is processed entirely on your device and is not stored or transmitted elsewhere.
• Photo Library Access: Used only when you choose to save floor plans, 3D models, or exported images to your photo library. We only access your photo library at the moment you request to save an image.
• Location Data (Optional): If granted, this is used only to enhance scanning accuracy. Location data is processed entirely on your device and is not collected, stored, or transmitted by us.
• Microphone (Optional): Only accessed if you choose to add voice annotations to your scans. Audio is processed locally and not transmitted elsewhere.

4. No Third-Party Analytics

We do not incorporate any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services in our App. We have no way to track usage patterns, crash reports, or any other metrics about how you use the App.

5. Children's Privacy

As we do not collect any personal information from any users, including children, there are no specific processes in place regarding children's data. The App is designed to be used by individuals of all ages.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
